Present Learning

Brand Strategy and Design

Present Learning is a new venture founded by authentic relating coach and circling facilitator, Rossi Dimitrova. Rossi works with individuals navigating major life transitions, helping them break through limiting beliefs and move toward more meaningful, fulfilling lives.

About The Project

Rossi sought to rebrand her business, and together we took time to discover her target audience and the values that matter most to both them and her. I designed a vibrant and energetic logo along with a cohesive brand identity, which included multiple logo variations, patterns, a color palette, and font recommendations. This branding extends to both print and digital materials, creating a unified presence for her business.

Brand Keywords

Joy | Love | Community | Compassion | Authenticity

Brand Strategy

To kick off the process, Rossi completed a detailed questionnaire focused on her business, audience, and what makes her unique in the marketplace. I also conducted research into her competition and target audience to gain a deeper understanding of their mindset.

Next, we held an initial brand strategy meeting to address any remaining questions from the questionnaire and to delve further into her passions, values, and what sets her business apart.

Through this collaborative process, we established key brand keywords: joy, love, community, compassion, authentic connection, self-development, long-lasting relationships, and clarity. These words serve as a foundation for her brand’s identity and guide her business as it grows. Additionally, during our strategy discussions, a key insight emerged—Rossi’s goal to offer more learning opportunities to her clients. This revelation inspired the creation of her business name, which was solidified during the branding process.

Moodboard

As part of the brand strategy, I developed a moodboard that captured the essence of the brand's keywords and resonated with Rossi's audience. The goal was to convey a modern, joyful, spiritual, and interconnected vibe. I focused on bright, uplifting colors, modern typography, and imagery that reflected joy, community, and connection.

Brand Identity

Logo Design

The foundation of Present Learning is rooted in self-development and clarity. The lotus flower, symbolizing spiritual awakening, self-awareness, and rebirth, was an ideal choice for the primary logo. The overlapping leaves represent interconnection, a core aspect of the brand’s spirit—community and lasting connections. The logo’s use of multiple colors adds a sense of energy and joy. Finally, a rounded sans-serif font was selected to make the brand feel approachable while maintaining a modern aesthetic.

Secondary Logo and Marks

Several variations of the primary logo were designed for versatility. A one-color outline version was created in place of the solid color logomark, along with vertical stacked formats for use when the main logo isn’t suitable. These marks enhance the brand's identity and can be applied as subtle design elements across print materials, digital assets like social media, or product packaging. Symbols or monograms are especially useful in contexts where the business name is already displayed or when a more minimal brand presence is required.

Patterns

Logo in Use

Below, you’ll see how the logo comes to life across various applications, from business cards and apparel to cups and the website. This showcases the versatility and impact of the design, ensuring the brand looks cohesive and professional in any context.
