The ‘I’ve Got You Project’ was founded to provide a trusted resource for individuals to detect the signs of mental health challenges. The website offers essential information and support, empowering people to identify and assist those in need. Its mission is to replace blame, shame, and judgment with compassion, fostering awareness and equipping others to help rather than judge.

About The Project

Wendy Smith, founder of the 'I’ve Got You Project,' reached out to me to create a brand and website for her new organization. Focused on raising awareness about mental health, the site needed to be both informative and educational, helping visitors recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health disorders.

For this brand, I centered the design around its target audience—individuals who are curious, concerned, and actively seeking information about mental health. They are compassionate, engaged community members with a strong desire to make a difference.

Moodboard

It was clear that the I’ve Got You Project needed to feel simple, striking yet full of energy. We also wanted it to feel friendly. This is evident in the bold, vibrant yet welcoming color palette that is seen throughout the brand. The typography that was selected feels strong, modern and informational. A bold sans-serif font for the headings was chosen to capture people’s attention. And for body copy a readable font was selected to make it easy for a range of ages to understand all of the content on the website.
